Slowing down, together.

Three nights by the sea to slow down, restore and return to yourself
Rest and Restore

A Coastal Reset Retreat

A small group, three-night coastal gathering for women who are ready to slow down, rest, and reset. Through gentle movement in nature, private Reiki sessions, sound and frequency work, meditation, nourishing meals, and time by the ocean, this retreat is designed to calm the nervous system and restore mind and body. With only six participants, the experience is spacious, personal, and deeply supportive — an invitation to step out of everyday demands and return home feeling grounded, clear, and renewed.

Details

A calming reset for the mind, body and soul set among the serene sands and seas of Stinson Beach and the surrounding redwoods. Step out of the noise of everyday life and reconnect with the simplicity of nature. Michelle Anic

Michelle is a Reiki practitioner based in Marin, California. Born in Bangkok, Thailand, she has been immersed in Eastern healing traditions for much of her life. Her Usui Reiki practice is rooted in a deep respect for the natural world and the living energy that flows through all life.

Through Reiki and energy work, Michelle helps clients reconnect with that natural rhythm, supporting greater balance, ease, and clarity in both body and mind. When she’s not in her studio or with her two daughters, she’s most often near the ocean or in the mountains, and she also enjoys outrigger canoe racing, which deepens her appreciation for rhythm, teamwork, and the flow of nature’s energy.
